The site presents major cases of drug-induced suffering—including chloroquine, SMON, thalidomide, Drug-Induced Muscle Contracture, HIV infection through blood products, drug-induced hepatitis, the MMR vaccine, labor-inducing drugs, drug-induced Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease, gefitinib (Iressa®), and the HPV vaccine—together with timelines outlining their emergence, the course of events, and their impact on victims.
