These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of the services provided on this website by the Drug-Induced Suffering Data Archives (D.I.S.) (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). Users shall use the services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) in accordance with these Terms.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Site’s servers or network
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Site’s services
- Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Site’s services
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Site

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site.
